Account & Profile

Click Sign Up, enter your Full Name, Email, Username, Mobile number verify with OTP,Password, and your account will be created instantly.

Click Forgot Password on the login page, enter your registered email or mobile number, and follow the OTP/reset link to set a new password.

Open My Account → Address Book and click Add New Address or Edit to update your existing address.

You can browse products without logging in, but you must create an account to place orders, track deliveries, and manage returns.

Orders & Tracking

Select your product, choose size and color, click Add to Cart, proceed to Checkout, enter your address, choose a payment method, and confirm your order.

Go to My Orders, select the order, and you will see real-time updates such as Packed, Shipped, Out for Delivery, and Delivered.

Check your SMS, email, or spam folder. If you still didn’t receive it, refresh the app/website and check the My Orders section.

Yes. Orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not available.

You can check updated timelines in My Orders. If it exceeds the expected date, contact our Customer Support for assistance.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location and product availability.

Go to My Orders, select your order, and check live updates like Packed, Shipped, Out for Delivery, and Delivered.

The delivery agent will make 2–3 attempts and also try contacting you. If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to the warehouse.

Payments & Wallet

We support UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, GPay), and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders.

Payment failures may occur due to bank issues, network errors, or incorrect details. You can try again or choose another payment method. No amount is deducted for failed transactions.

Yes. COD is available on selected products and locations. The COD option will appear during checkout if eligible.

Refunds from returns can be credited to your F&T Wallet for instant use. You can also use wallet balance along with other payment methods during checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Most products come with a 7-day easy return policy. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

You can request a return or replacement by choosing “Damaged/Wrong Item” in the Return section. Our team will pick up and replace the product quickly.

Offers, Discounts & Rewards

On the Checkout page, tap Apply Coupon, select an available offer or enter your promo code manually, and click Apply to activate the discount.

Coupons may not work if they are expired, minimum order value is not met, product is not eligible, or the code has already been used.

Wishlist & Saved Items

Tap the ❤️ (heart icon) on any product page, and it will be saved to your wishlist for easy access later.

Go to the Wishlist section from the main menu or homepage shortcut to view all your saved items in one place.

Yes. As long as you are logged into your account, your wishlist will sync across all devices.

App & Technical Help

First, close the app and reopen it. If the issue continues, clear the app cache from your phone settings. Make sure you're using the latest version of Flint & Thread from the Play Store/App Store. Restart your device and try again.

Ensure your mobile number or email and password are correct. If you forgot your password, use the “Forgot Password” option. Also, check your network connection and disable any VPN that could block login access.

Check if your phone has network coverage. Wait for 30–60 seconds and try again. If still not received, check if SMS permissions are enabled for the app. You can also request email OTP if available.

Update the app to the latest version. Clear cache, refresh the homepage, and ensure you have a stable internet connection. If the problem persists, reinstall the app.

Go to Menu → Help & Support → Report an Issue. Describe the problem and upload screenshots if possible. Our support team will review and provide a quick resolution.
